Cross-over Lunge

CROSS-OVER LUNGE: *Advanced position from lunge; Learn proper lunge form before attempting this pose.* Begin in standing position, legs spread hip-width apart. Slowly shift right leg behind and to the left of front leg. Adjust stance width to comfort, and then slowly press hips back and begin lowering hips about halfway to floor. Slowly raise back up and repeat 10 times, then switch legs.
